World Book Day 2026
Critchill School celebrated World Book Day on Thursday, March 5th, with pupils and staff dressing up and sharing their favourite books. We had some special guests from Mad4Animals—a parrot and a hedgehog—who shared stories about animals.

Earlier that week, Critchill School Council had a fantastic trip to Hunting Raven bookshop. The students exchanged their World Book Day tokens for World Book Day books before heading back to school with books for the whole school. Thank you to Tina and all the staff for making us feel welcome. We really enjoyed our visit.
